She points to the necessity of using a medical moisturizing cream, especially for the elderly, because the skin in that advanced stage of life is “dry”, in addition to people who suffer from burning around the mouth, and not to touch toothpaste outside the mouth, because it generates eczema (a condition in which the skin redness occurs with itching), and using a sunscreen before going out, because it helps moisturize the skin.
And she advised the use of moisturizers that contain hyaluronic acid, according to the type of skin, people with oily skin use ceramides moisturizers, and dry people use sunscreen.

As for people who complain of “itchy skin” in the winter, the elderly are particularly affected, stressing that “it is not a disease but dryness in the skin, and the same is true with the darkness around the mouth.”
She pointed out that there are people who suffer from cracked feet, especially in women, so it is recommended to drink plenty of water, and to use moisturizers that contain urea (a substance that dissolves in the intercellular tissue of the cells of the stratum corneum of the skin).
While the skin care specialist, Dr. Khaled Jamal, believes that one of the most important tips that can be used to preserve the skin and skin from cracks in the winter is to drink water continuously.
