the series of Banjo-Kazooie has been relegated to re-releases and a big appearance on Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Unfortunately, at the moment it seems that there are no plans to make a new installment. Fortunately, fans have taken on the task of creating a remastering of the N64 classicsomething that looks simply spectacular.
Recently, the YouTube channel known as Project Dream shared a video of Banjo-Kazooie: The Complete Remaster, which, as its name suggests, is a remastering of Rare’s original work. While this is sadly not a project that is in development to get into the hands of players, it does show us just how good Banjo and Kazooie would look today.
Banjo-Kazooie’s last game was Nuts & Bolts in 2008. Since then, the series has been hibernating. The only sign of life that we have seen was the arrival of these characters to Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Outside of that, it seems that Xbox and Rare are not interested in this property, which is very unfortunate for many.
