With 239 points, Georgia achieves victory in Junior Eurovision 2024 after winning the majority favor of the jury (which represents 50% of the total) and moderate support from the public (the other 50%).
Portugal sounded strong in the bets, as well as France. And even Spain had a chance of taking the mini crystal microphone. But the winner was another of the names that sounded strong, Andria Putkaradzewho singing To My Moma song dedicated to his motherwho says that he is the most important person in his life.
The professional jury placed him in first position with 189 points, but he did not the publicthat gave him sixth place with 59 votesbehind Portugal (117 points), Ukraine (81), Malta (79), France (74) and Spain (69). Even so, the advantage that the jury gave him made it inevitable that he would take victory.
