The controversial case of María Consuelo “N”known as ““The Dog Killer of the San Sebastián Forests”once again captures the attention of the city of Puebla. This woman was arrested in 2019 for her alleged participation in the capture and killing of pets.
In September 2019, a police mobilization was carried out in the Bosques de San Sebastián neighborhood after the Neighbors reported María Consuelo for theft and murder of dogs, allegedly storing their bodies in a refrigerator.
