Apple has presented the new Mac mini, which has a more compact body than the previous model and works with the brand’s M4 and M4 Pro processors, to boost the functions of the Apple Intelligence system, the company’s Artificial Intelligence.
The new Mac mini reduces its size compared to its predecessor, with a design of only 12.7cm on a side. This compact form factor is made possible by the energy efficiency of Apple chips and a thermal architecture that channels air through the different levels of the system and flows through the base.
This computer is available with M4 chipwhich incorporates a 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU and unified memory starting at 16GB. As the company has detailed, CPU performance speed is up to 1.8 times faster than the model with M1and the GPU is 2.2 times faster, as Apple indicated in a press release.
