The homicide group of the Madrid command Investigates the murder of a 37 -year -old man whose body was found yesterday on a rural road in the municipality of Estremera. Next to him there was another male, 44 -year -old Spanish, badly injured. He had a bullet in the left leg, with a breakage of the femur, emergency sources 112 Community of Madrid report. This second victim was transferred by the Summa to the Gregorio Marañón hospital, in the capital, with a serious prognosis, although he is not feared for his life in principle.
The toilets could not manipulate the body, beyond certifying the Óbito, but the data that were handled last night pointed to a homicide by firearm. The ‘modus operandi’ points to an adjustment of accounts for a drug issue. The call to the doctors occurred, by the Civil Guard itself, at 4.45, in the early morning of yesterday. The land path is at kilometer 5 of the M-240, also very close to the A-3 (Valencia Highway) and the limit of the province of Madrid with that of Cuenca. The land belongs to a farm that would be owned by the hospitalized Spanish.
The initial hypothesis is that the facts were triggered after they arranged an appointment on the farm with the suspects, to discuss a subject about narcotics, although neither of the two people shot had a history of it, explain sources close to the investigation. A hypothesis is that the appointment was actually a ‘turnaround’ (theft of drugs among criminals or the default of a game) and that the dispute ended in blood.
Another point that is now to clarify is whether the aggressions occurred in the place or if they occurred in another place and then both men were transferred in a vehicle by their own executioners. Criminalistics agents combed the area and limited it, in search of caps (in the case of a gun a long gun or of marks of the car wheels of the murderers. They also registered the farm.
Researchers believe that suspects could be at least two people. The testimony of the survivor is capital to clarify who the culprits are and the circumstances in which the event occurred.
This is the fourth violent death that occurs in the Madrid region in what we have been in 2025. The first was the execution of a fair in Alcalá de Henares, in mid -January. That same month, a few days later, a man was killed in a dispute between squatters in the abandoned building on Lola Flores Street (San Blas-Canillejas district) where another homicide had already occurred two months before, in addition to aggressions and a death by carbon monoxide.
The third case was the death of a woman in a residence for disabled intellectuals at the hands of another intern, in March, in the town of Arroyomolinos.
