The mother had to be transferred to the Los Arcos del Mar Menor hospital for the injuries sustained
A 61-year-old woman and her daughter, whose age has not been disclosed, were injured this Friday when the vehicle in which they were traveling overturned at a roundabout access to the San Javier shopping center, according to sources from the Coordination Center of Emergencies 112 of the Region on its website.
The 112 received at 3:28 p.m. a call from the daughter reporting that both were trapped and injured inside the car. Units of the Local Police, firefighters from the Fire Extinction and Rescue Consortium (CEIS) of the Region, health workers from the Emergency Management and Sanitary Emergencies 061 and Civil Guard traveled to the place.
Upon arrival, local police officers reported that they had managed to get the young woman out and that they were going to try to do the same with the mother. The mother was transferred to the Los Arcos del Mar Menor hospital for a more precise assessment.
