Sonora.- With the purpose of regularizing 28 percent of the companies that occupy the buildings of the Nogales Industrial Park, the Administrative Director of Fopin, Carlos Huerta Rivera, launched an invitation for companies to come closer to normalize their financial situation of leasing.
The administrative head of Nogales Industrial Park Operator Trust He recalled that Mayor Juan Gim Nogales is willing to agree to some type of payment structure for those who owe rent on industrial buildings, since the intention is to keep them as tenants.
“We are attending to each of the cases in particular, because not all of them have the same behavior in terms of the agreements agreed in the contracts, that is why we ask them to come to the Fopin offices to consider some payment model if is that they have debts”, exposed.
There are around eleven occupied spaces that have some problem with the issuance of their lease payments, said the official, who also clarified that of these eleven spaces a single company occupies up to three ships, that is why the particularity of each specific case .
“We have an occupation of around 92 percent and only 28 percent have some situation of delay in their rent payments and it should be noted that when the municipal administration entered there was a deficit of 40 percent, that is, we are lowering the percentage of delinquent he explained.

Carlos Huerta Rivera considered that over eight months almost all the companies that present debts for rent, which add up to a total of 22 million pesos in the short term, will be regularized, with a projection of capturing around 25 million pesos long-term.
