The Mossos d’Esquadra investigate the deaths of a father and son, the bodies of which have been found with signs of violence in a burned flat in Arenys de Mar (Barcelona), according to the police force after the newspaper The Country has advanced it. The victims are a 32-year-old man and a minor.
As explained by the Mossos in a statement, agents of the Arenys de Mar Local Police have received a notice tonight alerting that a person could be dead in a home. When they arrived at the place, together with the Mossos, they saw that there was a fire inside the home. Upon accessing its interior, They found the two people dead with signs of violence.
The home is located in a residential area, known as Colonia Andersen, between Caldes d’Estrac and Arenys de Mar. The Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) of Granollers has taken charge of the case, which is under secrecy of the proceedings.
