The Department of Urban Planning has issued nine execution orders
Lorca City Council issued in recent weeks nine enforcement orders for the cleaning and fencing of lots and for the removal of elements in poor condition from the facades of houses that can fall onto public roads.
The Councilor for Urban Planning, José Luis Ruiz, explained that his department released a file for the cleaning of a plot of land on Rambla Baja street, in the San José neighborhood, for the cleaning and fencing of another on Gomélez street, in the neighborhood de San Juan, two in the Alameda de la Constitución and another plot in Martín Piñero street, in the old town.
Execution orders were also issued for the removal of elements in poor condition from the façade, the boarding up of holes to the outside and the cleaning of a patio and gutter of a house on Calle Mayor de Santa María, on the corner of Calle Corta.
Urbanism forced to eliminate elements in poor condition, to clean up balcony slabs and to review the drains on the roof of a building on Santo Domingo street, in the old town.
Other execution orders were issued for the same purpose in Donis and Leonés streets, also in the historic precinct.
In 2021, 238 execution orders were issued for maintenance works on homes or cleaning of lots for almost 775,000 euros.
