A woman passing through the area at 7.55 this Wednesday found the body
The emergency services could not do anything to save a man who was found dead in front of the door of the Víctor Villegas Auditorium in Murcia. A woman passing through the area found the body, and alerted 112 that the man was lying on the ground, in front of the auditorium entrance, without moving, around 7:55 am on Wednesday.
The Murcia Local Police and an emergency medical unit (UME) attended the scene, whose staff tried to revive the man, about 48 years old, but could only confirm his death, while requesting the presence of the National Police.
It so happens that, at that time, there was a traffic accident in the same place. The medical staff of the UME had to attend ‘in situ’ to one injured in the accident, a 32-year-old man, who needed to be transferred in a non-assistance ambulance to the Reina Sofía General University Hospital with polycontusions.
