The National Police has completed an investigation into a criminal group of citizens from the Netherlands dedicated to the cultivation of plantations of dope In the province of Alicante. The operation has resulted in the arrest of three people, originally from the aforementioned European and Colombia country, between 46 and 70 years of age, for crimes of drug trafficking, belonging to criminal organization and fraud of electric fluid.
The police investigation originated after the agents of an information provided by a citizen had knowledge through the official website of the National Police, about the existence of a Dutch criminal organization Dedicated to cannabis cultivation, informing of possible Indoor -type marijuana plantations in the Alfaz del Pi, Callosa d’Errià and Pedreguer.
With all the information received, a series of investigators were carried out by the researchers to be able to verify whether the information received were real and a crime against public health would be committed.
To do this, the agents established a series of surveillance on the directions provided, with which they focused the investigation into an industrial ship in the town of Callosa d’A in Sarrià, of which emanated a strong smell of marijuana and two independent chalets in Pedreguer and Alfaz del Pi, being the latter investigation object in the past by the agents since the people who frequented him were arrested for cannabis cultivation.
In turn, efforts were carried out with the electric company in order to verify whether the three investigated locations were suffering from electric fluid losses or they were illegally hooked. These efforts confirmed the presence of a type marijuana plantation large -scale indoor installed in each of the three investigated points.
With everything collected so far and after identifying several of its members, it was possible to verify that the organization would be preparing for pruning and collects from the plants, so the investigation exploitation phase was carried out requesting an entry and registration command on the three investigated properties, carrying out the dismantling of three marijuana plantations and the arrest of three people, a man and two women.
In the records they intervened, 45,215 grams of marijuana, 1,849 plants1,746 cuttings, 280 euros and three vehicles, in addition to the uselessness of the cultivation equipment consisted of fans, dehumidifiers, a hundred LEDs and clearing machinery and chief machinery. The detainees, after the practice of the police proceedings, have been made available to the Instruction Court of the town of Benidorm.
