India.- a medical student surprised the whole world to reveal that a bluetooth device was implanted in the ear to cheat during his final medical exam. The young man from India, after 10 years trying to pass his exam, went through one last chance and did not want to fail.
As reported by Dean Sanjay Dixit, of the Mahatma Ganshi Memorial Medical College, in India, the young man was caught using a bluetooth device on his ear to get the correct answers for his examHowever, the strategy did not work out as expected.
“He was taking the General Medicine exam on Monday when a vigilante team from Devi Ahilya Bai University, led by its deputy director Rachna Thakur, arrived at the scene and caught the student,” said the dean of the Indian medical school.
The team discovered that the student had his cell phone connected to a bluetooth device, which was implanted in his ear. When questioned, he confessed that an ear, nose and throat surgeon placed a skin-colored Bluetooth microdevice in his ear.
It was also reported that the devices were seized, as well as the student answer sheets. It was the young Hindu’s last chance to pass medical school, but he lost it by cheating.
Even though he wasn’t the only one who tried to cheat during the final examalso another student wanted to make mischief with a small device powered by a SIM card and a bluetooth microdevice to try to pass his exam, but he did not surgically insert it like his partner.
The Indian University Examination Committee has launched an investigation into the matter and the devices, which will be examined and it will be determined whether the case warrants police intervention or not.
