A popular accusation personada in the cause of the DANA, in this case Cultural Acció of the country Valencià (ACPV), has asked the magistrate of the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 3 of Catarroja, who investigates the management of the emergency, which urges the Civil Guard to collect the registration of all vehicles that entered the Emergency Coordination Center, where the Cecopi was held, on October 29.
ACPV indicates that the request is based on a car of this last Thursday by which certain proceedings proposed by the same procedural representation that will mean the displacement of components of the Civil Guard Judicial Police to the town of L’Eliana are admitted.
On this, he indicates that he has found that the Lo -Eliana Local Police has video surveillance cameras At the entrance and exit of the population and that some, or some of them, control access to the entrance of the town in the vicinity of the Emergency Center, as stated on the website of the municipality itself.
In this way, he asks the judge to require the Civil Guard Judicial Police in order to persone himself in the offices of the City Council of L’Aliana and obtain the recordings of the vehicles, in which his enrollment is visible, which entered the town and joined in the emergency center between 4:30 p.m. on the 29th and 23.59 hours.
In the hypothetical case that it is recordings that have a certain time elapsed scheduled, ACPV requests that the information on the registration of the vehicles and the specific time in which they incorporated into the center be obtained.
Once these data are obtained, this part indicates that the police unit must proceed to the identification of the owners and/or users of said vehicles in order to enable their statement as witnesses in this procedure. “The cameras used must enjoy all the relevant administrative permits and the incorporated data do not violate any fundamental right, being of extreme utility in the present investigation,” he concludes.
