Two men will be judged in Castellón this Friday, February 7, accused of kidnapping a women in their hospitality establishment and assault her sexually continuously during three daysafter arguing why the victim denied to exercise the prostitution.
The Prosecutor’s Office maintains that on August 5, 2022, the defendants tried to force her to offer sex in exchange for money, in the business in which she worked as a cook and in cleaning tasks, according to sources from the Superior Court of Justice of the Community Valenciana (TJSCV).
The trial will be held at the Provincial Court of Castellón and according to the Public Ministry, the defendants locked it in one of the rooms of the premises and maintained it Incommunicated from outside. In that situation, they entered the room and another of the defendants and forced her to have sex for a period of two to three days.
The Prosecutor’s Office requests for each of the defendants a penalty of prison of 35 years for two crimes of sexual aggression (one as author and one as a necessary cooperator) and a crime of illegal arrest.
