They arrest two suspects involved in the murder of the police chief of SLRC, Sonora

For his part, the municipal president Santos González Yescasconfirmed and regretted the death of the police chief and his bodyguard, as well as the fact that a civilian was injured, and asked the authorities to carry out the corresponding investigations.

“This hurts us, it offends us and it affects us, which is why I am requesting that the state authorities do what is appropriate,” said the mayor.

Meanwhile, the Prosecutor’s Office Sonora reported that it is investigating the events in which the owner of the Municipal Police of San Luis Río Colorado and his escort, an event in which a civilian was also injured, who is already receiving medical attention.
