Those arrested fled from a police checkpoint.
Agents of the National Police arrested two men who had been circulating for several days with a stolen vehicle in the city of Murcia, where they even fled from a police checkpoint and tried to run over an agent days before. The intervention began as a result of a call from the owner of the vehicle to the 091 Operating Room, who surprised the detainees while driving with it.
Immediately, several patrols of the Citizen Attention Group established a rapid device in the area in which they located the vehicle, while in the vicinity they found the two subjects who were driving it. Citizen collaboration was essential to carry out the arrests, because when the patrols arrived at the scene, the vehicle was parked, but the victim indicated the portal in which they had hidden.
When the agents found the alleged perpetrators of the robbery, they tried to flee, but without success, as the agents intercepted him a few meters away despite the strong resistance they presented in their intervention, hitting the police officers and trying to avoid being detained. The detainees, aged 37 and 40, were placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court on guard duty for their alleged participation in the theft of the vehicle and the attempted hit on a National Police agent.
