The National Police have arrested three men in Alicante for threatening and assaulting two young people in order to intimidate them so that They changed your statement in a police investigation carried out in the city of Benidorm.
The police investigation began after the complaint of a young man who told agents to have been assaulted and threatened by three acquaintances to retract from a statement he made before the police, all in relation to an investigation in which they were involved.
The aggression was recorded by one of the authors with a Mobile phonewho also threatened to assault a friend of the victim who was at the time of aggression so that he did not intervene.
Days before the aggression, the victim received from one of the aggressors multiple threats through a mobile messenger application in which they insistently threatened to attack him if he did not change his statement, generating a Great nervousness and fear in the victim in the face of the situation of meeting these people on the street.
During the investigation, the agents were aware that there was a second complaint of another victim to which they had also previously threatened to change their statement before surprising him in the street and be attacked by a male, who was also closely related to the investigation carried out in Benidorm on the other investigated.
Once all the data on the facts were collected, the agents of the Judicial Police Group of the North District Police Station of Alicante made a series of checks with which they fully identified both the three authors of the first of the aggressions, as well as the author of the aggression suffered by the second victim, all of them being boys between 20 and 22 years old.
Finally, the agents located three of the authors of the facts that were arrested for the alleged commission of the crimes of injury and obstruction of justice. The agents continue with the investigation to locate and detain the other investigated involved in the facts. Those arrested, after the practice of the police proceedings, were made available to the Court of Instruction in Functions of the Guard of Alicante.
