The Grana team is framed with the Catalan, Valencian, Basque, La Rioja, Osasuna Promises, Numancia and Atlético Baleares clubs.
Real Murcia already knows its group rivals for the 2022/23 season in the First RFEF. The clubs voted this Monday afternoon on the two proposals put forward by the Federation and a different East-West division was imposed than last year by a difference vote. The Grana team will face the Catalan, Valencian, Basque, La Rioja, Osasuna Promises, Numancia and Atlético Baleares clubs.
The preparation of the groups will mean that Real Murcia does not visit Andalusia for the first time since the 2014/15 season, when it went to Group I of Second B after administrative relegation. He will also avoid tough rivals like Real Madrid Castilla, Alcorcón and Fuenlabrada. This season, the longest trips will be to the north of the country, as they will face four Basque teams, two of them recently relegated from the Second Division: Real Sociedad B, Amorebieta, Real Unión and Bilbao Athletic.

The Grana team will also travel north to visit three teams from La Rioja, Osasuna Promesas and Numancia, a priori one of the hard bones, despite being recently promoted. Among the candidates to fight for the first places will be other teams that started with the same objective last year, such as Atlético Baleares, Barça B, Sabadell and Gimnàstic de Tarragona. Finally, among the possibilities offered by the RFEF was not the North-South distribution, the one that Murcia liked the most.
Real Murcia, who will have the objective of remaining in their first year in the category, will once again face La Nucía, Intercity and Eldense, rivals last year in the Second RFEF. There are two other rivals from the Valencian Community: Alcoyano and Castellón, which will leave one of the most appealing clashes between two historic Spanish footballers.
