The Government has announced a total of 110 measurement packages after the catastrophe arising from DANA and the consequences caused by it. An item of 3,765 million has been presented with several points to be discussed.
At the employment level, 100% paid leave has been granted for workers who cannot attend their workplace. The employees, in addition, They will not have to recover the hours not worked for the companies.
The range of measures also includes an extraordinary benefit for domestic workers and the prohibition of dismissals, considering any dismissals that occur null and void. On behalf of the SEPE, they have launched a fund of 50 million to help hire registered unemployed people in the affected areas.
Regarding consumption, those affected by DANA will be able defer your electricity and gas bills until December 31, 2025. Only the municipalities of Royal Decree-Law 6/2024 may benefit from this measure.
In relation to housing, the Government has announced a sum of 25 million to SEPES to buy homes and rent them to those affected by DANA. These houses will be used as social rentals when they no longer have a support purpose for those affected by the storm.

A point-by-point list has been prepared specifying the amount of aid that will be offered by municipality. The Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030 has allocated 50 million euros to the 78 localities included in Royal Decree Law 6/2024, of November 5.
