The women’s teams that win the same as the men’s

The United States Soccer Federation and the country’s women’s team have been the last to have closed a salary agreement for which the players will receive 24 million dollars as compensation and will have the same salary as the men’s team.

This deal was a major victory for the US women’s team, which had sued the Federation for unequal pay relative to what men’s team players are paid.

However, it is not the only selection that achieves an agreement of this magnitude, and that closes the wage discrimination gap.

And there are nine women’s teams that have the same salary as men or that are close to having an equal salary.

They are Norway, New Zealand, Finland, Australia, Brazil, England, Ireland, the Netherlands and the United States.

Among these countries, significant cases are, for example, England, where the soccer federation equalized the salaries of men and women in 2020, in terms of income per match and participation bonuses.

Brazil, for its part, announced in 2020 that both teams would have the same amounts in prizes and travel expenses.

In 2019 the federations of Finland and Australia also announced agreements to equalize salaries. The Australian case also has equality agreements in travel and commercial agreements.

In 2017, the guideline was set by Norway, which guaranteed equal pay. As of 2018, both teams would earn $726,900. In 2018 New Zealand did.
