The Witcher, exactly as Pokémon GO, officially has an augmented reality game for mobile, with a release date. Announced in August last year, the work was initially released in beta in some countries.
During the last year, from the day of the announcement, initial versions have been distributed, which allowed some users to experience hunting in advance. Now the wait is finally over and the next July 21 it will be possible for everyone to start this new adventure.
The gameplay partly resumes that of Pokémon GO but Spokko, the mobile company that takes care of the title, he opted for first-person combat. In fact, we will find ourselves in front of the various monsters and we will be able to fight them armed with silver sword, potions and magic.
This new and intriguing story is set long before Geralt of Rivia and will transport us into a world full of monsters and adventures. In fact, we will have to be the ones to look for the monsters, as has already happened for other games of the same type.
Your powers and abilities will be the same as the famous witcher, with the intention of being able to transport the same atmospheres in real life as well. However the story of Geralt does not end here, in fact Netflix has recently released a trailer, dedicated to the second season.
It therefore seems that the world of novels, which has become even more famous thanks to the games of CD Projekt RED, continue to amaze your fans. If you want even more news and can’t wait for the end of the month, on July 7th there will be WitcherCon, an event organized by Netflix together with the video game house itself.
A summer full of magic and fighting awaits us, full of conferences, games and augmented reality. Who knows if this new mobile title will also have festivals, as already happens for the most famous Pokémon GO.
