Among the institutional awards, the award includes 17 categories, including the leading federal entity, the best entity in the field of innovation, the best entity in adopting artificial intelligence, the best achievement of the national agenda, the best entity in interconnected proactive services, the best entity in improving performance, and the best entity in the classification of channels Providing service and the best quality of life in the work environment.

In translation of the new directions of the UAE government, the award witnessed the creation of new categories that were added to the institutional awards, to keep pace with the leadership’s visions for the future of government work. 251 candidates, 39 undersecretaries and general managers, and 85 assistant undersecretaries and executive directors from 30 federal entities were evaluated.
