Yesterday, one of the least common events seen on a soccer field on the Vallecas field occurred. It could have seemed like a more normal and ordinary match, where Rayo Vallecano faced Sevilla in a league match for the 3 points. What happened?
During a throw-in that Lucas Ocampos, a footballer from the Seville club, was going to take, a fan from the Vallecas Stadium put his finger in the Argentine's butt, being captured by the cameras. Ocampos, incredulous, turned around before everyone's gaze to ask for explanations while the culprits laughed.
What did Ocampos say?
The footballer spoke after the game and left these statements: “I hope the League takes this seriously, as it does with racism. I don't think all the Rayo people are like that, they always treat us with respect. There is always a fool. I hope this doesn't happen in other areas. If it were in women's football, we know what can happen.”

How has Rayo acted?
The Vallecas club stated that they are working to identify the fan that, if you are a member of the club, the appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken according to the internal regulations.
What did the Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) say?
The AFE confirmed that it will file a complaint with the Labor Inspection for “non-compliance with the occupational risk plan after Lucas Ocampos suffered a violent act in his workplace.”
