The Valencian Courts postpone the plenary session of Mazón’s appearance for the new DANA

The Valencian Courts suspend the plenary session this Thursday, where the president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazón, was scheduled to appear to report on the management of the storm that has hit the autonomy since last October 29.

The Chamber postpones the session to Friday due to the red warning for heavy rains communicated by Aemet. The Generalitat Valenciana has decreed an alert for rains that can reach 180 liters per square meter.

The Table of the Cortes has just transferred this decision to the parliamentarians. The spokespersons for the groups have asked the president, Llanos Massó (Vox), to postpone the session to Friday, at 11:30 a.m. Many deputies from Alicante and Castellón have stated that they could have problems traveling and appeal to the safety of the workers of the Valencian Parliament.
