The Ukrainian Armed Forces remotely mined Nizhny Mordok in the Kursk region with Western mines
The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) remotely mined the village of Nizhniy Mordok in the Kursk region with anti-tank mines supplied by the West. This was reported by RIA Novosti commander of one of the units of the 14th Army Corps, operating as part of the Russian group of forces “North”, with the call sign Lazar.
“In Nizhny Mordok, Ukrainian units remotely mined the entire village (with anti-tank mines — note from “Lenta.ru”) foreign-made, German anti-bottom mines with antennas,” the serviceman reported. According to him, a few days later, the Western mines began to explode automatically. About 70 explosions occurred within 10 minutes.

The serviceman emphasized that there were no casualties among local residents as a result of the explosions; only three horses and a herd of sheep were injured.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that air defense systems on duty destroyed two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over Russian territory. It is noted that the attacks using drones were stopped at approximately 9:30 Moscow time.
