If the grains have not exploded, do not throw them away because you can use them again in the next home theater plan
Movies and popcorn go almost hand in hand. From the United States comes this tradition that has spread to all rooms and has also come when this plan is carried out in homes. There is no better time to enjoy this snack than when you lie down on the sofa to watch your favorite movie or series. Preparing this ‘snack’ at home is simple and will surely take less time than selecting which title to watch from the wide variety of ‘streaming’ platforms.
Watching a movie is a round plan to share with friends, family and partner if you don’t want to leave home, which will taste even better if you accompany it with popcorn. In the supermarket you can easily find corn kernels to make them in the microwave or in the pan. If you choose the second option, you must take into account the amount you add so that when the popcorn pops, it does not fall to the ground and remain in the pan. For this reason, it is more convenient to make them by handfuls. Another option is to prepare them in a large pot and that way you will solve the problem. When the oil is very hot, it is time to put the grains and place a lid so they do not escape. If you are more of a sweet person you can prepare caramel with sugar and water in the pan, and add it when they are ready.
Whether you pop your popcorn in the pan or in the microwave, you’ll find that many of those kernels haven’t popped. Do not throw them away because they can be cooked again. There is a simple trick with which you can reuse the grains even if they have already passed through the fire. To avoid wasting anything, store leftover corn kernels in an airtight container and add a tablespoon of water. After a couple of days you can cook them again so that this time they do explode.
