The head of court number 2 of Algeciras (Cádiz) has ordered the freedom of the three detained people in the port of this municipality with stolen computer material, including the computer of the lawyer of Alberto González Amador, boyfriend of the Madrid president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.
According to sources close to the investigation, those arrested—two women aged 20 and 66 and a man aged 42, all of them Moroccan nationals—are charged with a crime against property and they were released this Friday after being brought to justice.
The judge has imposed on the three the obligation to sign in court every fifteen days and the prohibition of leaving Spain.
After the arrest carried out by the Civil Guard, sources of the investigation indicated that This is a case of common crime and they remember that the intention of thieves to transfer stolen computer equipment to Morocco to resell it in that country is common.
Those arrested are related to the theft of the computer reported by Guadalupe Sánchez, González Amador’s lawyer. in his house in Guardamar del Segura (Alicante)in which there was sensitive information, as she herself pointed out.
The agents have recovered the computer material, which includes a tablet property of one of his children.
The Civil Guard is also investigating the raid on the home of another of Ayuso’s boyfriend’s lawyers. The complaints from both are added to one filed by the architect who renovated the attic where the Madrid president lives through an entrance to her homeand another presented by González Amador himself for an entry into his vehicle.
