At first, Dr. Amina Abdullah Al-Majed said: On Teacher’s Day, we stand in honor and respect for everyone who left a beautiful and influential imprint in our lives. She emphasized that the role of the teacher is still influential in education despite the development of the roles he plays, explaining that the role of the teacher is no longer limited to the transfer of knowledge, but rather His role became larger; It directs its students to anticipate the future, and helps them find the right and appropriate path for them, in order to keep pace with the aspirations of our wise leadership to build a generation capable of building the next 50 years of the union’s life. Therefore, our wise leadership focused on developing development programs for curricula and teaching methods and high standards for teacher selection and evaluation. She added: My service in education is 33 years, especially in secondary schools (21 years), which has given me skills and full knowledge of all the needs of the educational process, dealing with individuals and managing modern and effective methods of education, and I have skills in team formation and teamwork, and during my work as a school principal. I participated in several local and international awards, and my administration received the Sheikh Hamdan Excellence Award and the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award. I have skills in evaluating awards and quality management. During my career, I felt the extent of the wise leadership’s interest in teachers and education and its belief that it is the choice of the future.

The wise leadership was also keen to prepare the teacher professionally by organizing and implementing educational and professional training courses that contribute to refining the teacher’s skills in the field of modern learning methods, as well as qualifying the teacher technically to keep pace with the technical boom in light of the global development in the field of knowledge and its transformation from paper to digital.

Khalid Khalil Al Hosani stressed that his goal is to excel in providing education of an innovative nature, which contributes to creating a generation of citizens that enhances the UAE’s position at the global level, and also stressed his keenness to shed light on the UAE government’s policy in making innovation a way of life, and diversity in the field of modern energy sources. , and reducing dependence on traditional fossil energy, so it contributed to providing some environmental solutions through the production of environmental projects of an innovative nature, and participation in local environmental competitions and events. Khaled Khalil Ismail Al Hosani has 24 years of educational experience in social studies, and he won the Khalifa Educational Award, the category of “Creative Teacher”, the Hamdan Award for Educational Excellence, and he supervised the student teams that won educational and scientific awards in the field of sustainability, the Young Scientist Award within Activities of the National Innovation Exhibition, Sharjah Sustainability Award, Distinguished Student Team Category.
