The Supreme Court has called Juan Lobato, general secretary of the PSOE of Madrid, to testify as a witness in the case opened against Álvaro García Ortiz, attorney general of the State, for alleged revelation of secrets due to the leak of Alberto González Amador’s complaint, partner of the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.
Magistrate Ángel Hurtado indicates that he summons him after the information published by the newspaper ABCaccording to which ‘Moncloa leaked the secret document of Ayuso’s boyfriend’ and tried to implicate Lobato.
This morning, Lobato denied this information, pointing out that Pilar Sánchez-Acera, chief of staff of the Minister of Digital Transformation and Public Function, Óscar López, only provided him with “information that had already been published.”
