The song created in collaboration between Pokémon and Ed Sheeran that was presented last week will actually be present in the next major video games in the series, namely Scarlet and Violet.
The song, titled Celestial, was released in the past few hours and his music video shows Ed Sheeran telling how, in his daily life, his Pokémon friends join him through a hand-drawn and animated universe.
At the time of release, both Pokémon and Ed Sheeran revealed that the song will be included in the next titles of the Nintendo saga.
It is unclear to what extent Celestial will appear in the games, whether it will be the opening theme or otherwise, but Sheeran’s Twitter account has stated that it will be “hidden” content, implying that players will have to do some I work to find her in the game.
