An alleged video leak Of The Sims 5 seems to have been leaked online, showing various aspects of the new title in development at Maxis and Electronic Arts, in particular regarding the gameplay between menus, construction and cities explorable.
There is obviously no confirmation on the veracity of the material, even if this may seem plausible, in line with a decidedly preliminary build and still in the full development phase. The video in question was shared by a user on Redditwhere it is possible to see a fragment of the film, with the possibility that this will subsequently be removed.
Note that this would be the Android version of the game, because the protection systems applied to the PC version make it difficult to share videos and materials from it, therefore the graphic aspect could also be influenced by the fact of referring to the mobile platform.
A slightly different look
Having clarified that this is an absolutely unconfirmed rumor, we can see how the game in question, currently identified as “Project Kidney” at Electronic Arts, has strong elements of contact with the traction of the series but also several innovations that are already starting to be glimpsed even in this still very preliminary phase.
The same graphic stylealthough obviously it is absolutely not indicative of the final characteristics of the game, it seems to deviate a little from the classic one of the series, between interface and characteristics of objects and scenarios.
The construction options seem even wider and deeper in The Sims 5, with the possibility of customizing every single element of the objects in the scenario. In this case we see some examples of apartment customization, which actually go into great detail.
For the rest, the fact has emerged that The Sims 5 could be free and coexist with the previous chapter, and that the multiplayer could take inspiration from Animal Crossing.
