‘Fuck envy’
The humor series ‘Cochina envy’ opens this list. Ana María Orozco, Jeimy Paola Vargas, Cecilia Navia and Carolina Cuervo star in this production based on the Colombian play ‘Veneno’. Written by Carolina Cuervo, the protagonists are four lifelong friends who get together to celebrate the fact that one of them, María, has just won the most prestigious award in literature.
What was supposed to be a night of celebration turns into chaos, with the reopening of wounds and even violence.

‘The Midnight Club’
Halloween is approaching and it is already a tradition that around this time Netflix serves a new horror series. After ‘The Haunting of Hill House’, ‘The Haunting of Bly Manor’ and ‘Midnight Mass’, Mike Flanagan premieres his latest project.
Based on the novel of the same name by Christopher Pike, ‘The Midnight Club’ follows a group of teenagers who live in Rotterdam Home, a detention center for terminally ill youth. Eight gather every midnight to tell each other stories and make a pact: the next one to die will send the others a sign from beyond the grave.
Netflix premieres this series starring a girl who teams up with a UFO fanatic to investigate the sudden disappearance of her boyfriend. In the end, she ends up discovering a crazy conspiracy.
The sci-fi production comes from South Korea and stars Yeo-bin Jeon, Lee Dong-hwi, Im Jin-Ah, and Soomin Chun.

‘With you captain’
‘Contigo capitan’ addresses the legal battle waged by Peruvian soccer player Paolo Guerrero against the World Anti-Doping Association (WADA) when he was disqualified from playing in the 2018 World Cup in Russia after failing a doping test.
The bioseries is directed by Javier Fuentes-León and Daniel Vega Vidal.
Also coming from Finland this weekend is the series ‘Transport’, which tells the story of ordinary people under immense pressure, all of whom are connected to the illegal transport of horses along Europe’s roads and fences.
The plot revolves around several characters who are involved in several different stories but all of them come together at the same point in common: the world of money laundering and food fraud.
After being highly applauded by critics, this 8-episode series arrives at Disney +. The production tells the story of Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, a young fine dining chef, who returns to Chicago to take over her family’s sandwich shop, the Original Beef of Chicagoland. There she will have to find a balance between owning a small business, her team of cooks and her strained family relationships as she deals with the impact of her brother’s suicide.

Netflix premiered this series set in Wrocław in 1997 on October 5. Scientists and local authorities face life and death decisions when the city suffers a destructive flood.

‘The House of the Dragon’
The week ends with one of the highlights of this series season. ‘The House of the Dragon’ premieres its eighth chapter this October 9 and can be seen at 3:00 am in Spain on the HBO platform. The intrigues and betrayals of the Targaryen House will continue in Westeros, where the clashes to inherit the Iron Throne of Viserys I.
The series, which is presented as one of the big bets of the year, arrives loaded with dragons, scenarios that we already know and new characters that maintain the essence of its predecessor ‘Game of Thrones’.
