At the beginning of this police series, the owner of a transport company disappears. The man appears to have a past with the Irish Republican Army (IRA), making the police not particularly welcome with his family. Northern Ireland detective Tom Brannick (James Nesbitt) investigates and finds a connection to a case that was covered up twenty years earlier. The drama, which aired on the BBC earlier this year, was produced by Jed Mercurio, who previously had success with the series. bodyguard and Line of Duty.
