The Nikolaev Ombudsman took control of the story of the schoolgirl’s massacre of her sisters
The Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Samara Region, Yulia Nikolaeva, told Lenta.ru that she took control of the story of the reprisal of a thirteen-year-old schoolgirl against her two younger sisters, which occurred in Tolyatti.
“The situation is under the control of the regional prosecutor’s office and the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Samara region. The Office of the Commissioner had not previously received information about the family; there were no complaints or appeals. The family was not registered on any type of register. It was characterized as positive. Interaction with the family, accompaniment, support in the format possible today is organized. Events are planned with the social circle of family members,” she commented.
The Ombudsman added that investigative actions are currently underway. After the completion of investigative measures, decisions will be made based on the totality of all the circumstances of the incident, she concluded.
Two girls aged two and five years old with stab wounds to the neck and torso were found on the balcony of an apartment on Liza Chaikina Street in Tolyatti on Tuesday, October 8. According to preliminary data, their half-sister dealt with them.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 105 (“Murder”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
