A resident of St. Petersburg, who drove children with disabilities from the playground, explained her act. It is reported by Telegram-channel “Mash on the Moika”.
According to the channel, the woman who drove the children away turned out to be the wife of a businessman named Natalya Lipskaya, who lives in the residential complex “Baltic Zhenmuzhina”, where the incident took place. The Russian woman explained that she was walking in the courtyard with her granddaughter, who was allegedly frightened by the reaction of a child with disabilities, who “does not speak, mumbles, screams”. The woman said that she did not want her granddaughter “to look at all this and go nuts.”
Lipskaya added that she lives in an apartment with an area of 127 square meters, so she believes that she has the right to establish her own rules in the yard. According to her, earlier she had already managed to drive out the kindergarten pupils from the yard, so now she intends to deal with the children from the “Center for Helping Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders”. She expressed confidence that the neighbors will support her in this.
Previously, the incident was caught on video. Employees of the center turned to the police with a statement about insulting minors and violating the law “On social protection of disabled people”
