For parking on Kuznetsky Most, a traffic police officer issued a creative fine to a Russian. The man shared his memories of a funny incident in Facebook-the group “Moscow – that!”.
The author of the topic said that in 1995, when parking in the center of Moscow was practically not regulated, he arrived on business by car on Rozhdestvenka Street and parked in the Kuznetsky Most area. Returning to the car, the man saw that a traffic police officer was waiting for him, later renamed the traffic police.
The law enforcement officer told the man that he intends to fine him for prohibited parking. When asked by the car owner, the policeman explained that if the street is called Kuznetsky Most, then the car is left on the bridge, which is prohibited by law. “The amount of the fine miraculously coincided with the then cost of a bottle of vodka,” – said the author of the topic.
The story amused netizens. “Bravo!”, “How good it was!” – the users laughed and were nostalgic. There were also those who were outraged by the behavior of the traffic police officer. He was equated with extortion.
“Here who will re-create whom. Once they removed my numbers, and I say: in the next house I am an agitator, in a month there will be elections, how am I going to agitate the people for Soviet power? They spat and let go, ”one of the commentators recalled. The man said that the incident took place in 1982 in the Sivtsev Vrazhek lane, where he really was listed as an agitator.
Earlier, the Russian singer and TV presenter Mitya Fomin complained about the system of fines in Moscow. The artist noted that he systematically receives them in a couple of days of delay in paying for residential parking.
