To begin negotiations on Ukraine, it is necessary that the new territorial realities be recognized. He said this in an interview TASS Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mikhail Galuzin.
“The West must stop pumping up the Armed Forces of Ukraine with weapons, and Kyiv must stop hostilities,” the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister continued.
According to the diplomat, the continuous supply of weapons produced by Western countries to Kyiv only prolongs the Ukrainian crisis and contributes to an increase in the number of civilian casualties.
