The meeting between RFEF, Valencia and Betis for tickets to final of the Copa del Rey of next April 23 in La Cartuja has ended without agreement between the parties. After more than three hours of appointment, finally, there has been no consensus behind the Federation’s proposal to grant 17,300 seats for each club for the cup final.
The meeting between the parties will resume on Friday after collecting the requests from Valencia and Betis. Initially, beyond the 17,300 tickets for each club, 2,000 tickets would go to the Junta de Andalucía, 3,000 have been discarded because they are tickets with little visibility and the rest would go to the Federation itself.
However, the Ché club, in a statement, has admitted that “according to the federative statutes, the distribution corresponds to a third of the capacity for the organizer and for each of the finalists. Despite this, the RFEF has offered clubs the possibility of reaching 40% of tickets, giving the RFEF part of its quota”.
As reported by Valencia, Ticket prices will range between 30 euros -with reduced visibility- and 222 euros. Each club will also receive a package of functional diversity tickets for their supporters.
In this way, from capacity of 57,600 spectators in La Cartuja, 34,600 would correspond to the fans of both clubs. However, both Valencia and Betis hope to be able to increase this figure in the face of a historic meeting for both fans.
The fans of Valencia, for their part, know that they will be located in the North Goal of the stadium. In addition, the team will wear all white, as in the 2019 final.
