The 2021 edition of The Real Race has come to an end e Lamborghini Esports announced the winners following the final which took place on the legendary track of Misano Adriatico. The new edition took place from June to November, bringing together 3150 pilots from all over the world to compete on Assetto Corsa Competizione.
The event took place via three regional championships: 750 pilots in Asia, 800 in North America and Latona America and 1600 in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Participants challenged each other in over ten races to win the title of first official Lamborghini digital driver in the Esports field.
The automotive major has found tremendous interest in The Real Race, positioning it as the highlight of the Esports racing season. The Lamborghini car Huracán was the car that drivers from all over the world could compete with, reproduced in the game with an exclusive painting to highlight the event partners, Kaspersky, Secretlab And Assetto Corsa Competition.
After numerous races, three drivers were crowned champions:
- Jordan Sherratt (South Africa) for Europe, the Middle East and Africa
- Fidel Moreira (Brazil) for North America and Latin America
- Andrew O’Hara for Asia

The Real Race was highlighted during the Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Finals on the Marco Simoncelli di Misano track, carried out from 27 to 31 October. During the same period, the public was able to discover Lamborghini and other models in different games of the caliber of Asphalt 9: Legends, with a special challenge, or Rocket League, where a more extreme version of the Huracán STO debuted. The event attracted 1.15 million of spectators, with 109,000 average spectators and a peak of 137,000 spectators simultaneous on Twitch.
