Regarding the financial requirements, investments in third -party parks will not be made worth less than 100,000 euros or for more than 5 million euros per project.
On the other hand, as regards the territorial consensus, it will be essential that the City Council of the municipality where a project has not been demonstrated against the company to invest. Others will also be taken into account criteria linked to social and environmental commitment. Aspects as if an offer of local participation in investment will be presented, if by its location the installation could self -support close public consumption or if the project adopts complementary measures to reduce the impact on the environment.
Likewise, the company will assess whether the installation is located in an artificialized space or incorporates hybridization with storage facilities, if it uses materials manufactured in the EU and if labor insertion companies have participated in the construction.
It will also ensure that the selection of projects responds to a balanced territorial distribution, considering the limitations in the capacity of the network. To the first call, which was held in July last year, 6 projects were presented, which together exceeded 20 MWP and an investment of 13 million euros. Of these, L’Enica presents two: a solar park in Vidreres (Girona) of 3.4 MWP, acquired for 2.9 million euros, and a solar park in Sant Fruitós de Bages (Barcelona) of 2.94 MWP, which has offered 40% of the shares for 1.13 million euros and that is in the last phase of the viability study.
