The PSOE has requested to appear as a popular accusation in the two cases in which Víctor de Aldama is accused: Koldo case and the hydrocarbon plot. Specifically, the party has requested his appearance in the Central Investigation Courts numbers two and five, where both cases are being heard.
“We are facing causes of national interest, in which the serious facts investigatedcould constitute public crimes and, therefore, given the concern and social alarm generated, that decision has been adopted,” the socialists denounce in a statement.
The objective – the letter details – is “to contribute to these instructions by achieving the investigation of all the facts surrounding the object of the procedures that indirectly have the appearance of a crime, to get to know the true reality of all of them.”
