The Playstation 5 received a major update in September, which added support for SSDs external, additional accessibility options and more. Well, this last week, the new console of Sony you have received two new patches and no one knows what they do exactly.
The first of these patches arrived earlier this month, specifically, on October 7. According Sony, the only thing it did was “improve the stability of the system”, something that usually happens normally. The interesting thing is that another of these updates has arrived today and yes, it only brings more stability to the console.
Luckily, these updates don’t usually weigh too much, so the next time you turn on your PS5 A download awaits you that shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes.
Editor’s note: Considering how important the September update of the PS5, these subsequent updates are likely to be no more than hotfixes for certain issues that might have been caused by the new console firmware. If they were more than that, then Sony would surely tell us.
