His Excellency Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State, headed today, Wednesday, the UAE delegation to the 154th Ministerial Council meetings preparatory to the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in its 43rd session, which was held at the headquarters of the Council’s General Secretariat in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
The Ministerial Council discussed the items on the agenda related to the 43rd session of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council, in political, economic and development affairs, human and environment, military and security affairs, and legislative and legal affairs, and took the necessary decisions and recommendations in this regard, which will be submitted to the meeting of Their Majesties and Highnesses, the leaders of the Member States.
The meeting was attended by the foreign ministers of the GCC countries, with the participation of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, the country’s ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
