New Condomina Developments, Southeast Pipeline and Mounting Systems and Real Murcia are the other companies that owe the most money to the Tax Agency
The sum of the debt of the companies of the Region of Murcia with the Treasury has skyrocketed in the last six months. The Tax Agency published this Monday the list of defaulters, which includes those companies that owe more than 500,000 euros to the treasury. If in June 2021, the ten most debtor firms added almost 95 million euros of liabilities, now the total amount is 360,121,398.42 euros.
The ‘culprit’ of this increase is the conglomerate of companies of
Polaris world. The Torre Pacheco construction company has led the list of defaulters for several years. However, and in just six months, numerous companies that were part of this business ‘holding’ have joined this index, which now exceeds a whopping 300 million debt with the Treasury.
These firms, such as Polaris World Retail, Polaris Garden or Baltus Collectium, among others, did not appear in the June report, but they do now after the ruling of the Commercial Court number 2 of Murcia, which considered the bankruptcy bankruptcy as guilty. creditors to which they were dragged in 2016, after the bankruptcy that caused the economic crisis.
In second and third place, the same two companies that did in June continue to appear:
New Condomina Developments Y
Southeast Piping and Mounting Systems, which does not vary the amount of debt they had, with 18.1 and 12.5. million euros, respectively.
In fourth place the
Real Murcia, raising a position after the dissolution of Solumfertil 2006. The grana club has not been able to reduce its liabilities in the last six months and already accumulates a debt of 10,152,052 euros with the Treasury, which is 137,000 euros more than last June .
In fifth and sixth place the constructions continue
Ingesmur 1996 Y
Peinsa 97, who have not contributed any amount to reduce their deficit. In total, they owe respectively 8.9 and 8 million euros.
Proambiente, the company that managed the Abanilla landfill, is one of the companies that has managed to reduce its debt with the Treasury. In this case, it has delivered more than half a million euros to the treasury and manages to leave its liabilities at 4.1 million euros, although it remains in seventh position. The cross is the next company,
Villegas Constructions, which adds 30,000 euros to its debt and already exceeds four million.
They close this ‘ranking’
Juices and Preserves Pelícano and the football club
Murcia city, which maintain the same amount of liabilities as in June.
From the top positions on the list, in addition to Solumfertil, Edonia, Holymanga, Suelos Urbanos Pacheco, Murciana de Promociones and Tuna Farms have disappeared, which have either become extinct or are in dissolution.
