People took to the streets of the capital without clothes for a shoot on Saturday.

About 500 cyclists rode naked on Saturday in Mexico City. Most walked the streets of the city, from the Monument to the Revolution. This was done within the framework of the 15th edition of the Naked Bike Ride, organized by the global collective World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR).

More men than women were seen at the event and they toured various places, such as the emblematic Paseo de la Reforma, heading to the city’s Zócalo, the main square of the Mexican capital. The objective was to make themselves visible to those who, they said, normally do not see them, and to demand safety and respect for their rights as pedestrians and cyclists.

Along the route, passers-by saw in surprise the cyclists, most of them naked or semi-naked, some of whom only wore a mask or had makeup on their faces. Others also took the opportunity to make the LGBTIQ+ community visible within the framework of gay pride month.

Through social networks and local media, the images were shown that caused comments among users, some in favor and others against the fact.
