Salads prepared for the New Year should be stored in a certain way, otherwise the body may face unpleasant consequences. Nutritionist Elena Solomatina shared her advice on Saturday, December 11.
She clarified that it is advisable to store New Year’s salads in the refrigerator with great care, and it is better not to store them at all. According to the expert, in this case, everything will depend on the sensitivity of the body, since the seasoned dishes are stored in the refrigerator for about 12 hours on average.

The nutritionist recommended putting the salad in the refrigerator on New Year’s Eve, and not leaving it on the table if the family is going to visit. In order for the dish to stand until the morning, it should be sent to the refrigerator without refueling.
“If a person wants to leave the salad the next day, ideally, you need to boil the vegetables in advance, and the next day, quickly cut them, fill them with dressing and serve,” concluded Solomatina.
