From the beginning of partial mobilization, vacancies began to appear on announcement sites offering to receive a deferment, and in Telegram, the number of offers for the sale of diplomas increased by more than 20 times. Izvestia figured out how to calculate a fake vacancy, why there is no point in hastily buying documents on graduation from universities.
On the services for posting ads and job search, offers began to appear to get a job in companies that “give an opportunity to defer from mobilization,” Izvestia found several such vacancies on the Avito ad service. So, in one of them, the employer was looking for a milling operator of the fifth category with more than a year of experience for rotational work in Moscow and offered a deferment from mobilization.
On the site of the job search service HeadHunter, there were also several vacancies of similar content. Thus, in the publication of one of the firms, as an advantage for candidates, “the opportunity to legally stay and work at home without fear of being called up for mobilization” was indicated.
Timur Hardy, a representative of the Lebedeva-Romanova and Partners Law Office, noted, meanwhile, that such announcements can be absolutely legal – they can be placed by enterprises that legally give employees a reprieve.
Ashot Hovhannisyan, founder of the DLBI data leak intelligence and darknet monitoring service, told Izvestia that some of the scammers’ offers are designed to simply get an advance and hide, while others involve receiving fake documents that are easily revealed by a request to the issuing place.
“As for the very fact of selling fake diplomas on Telegram and on the black market in general, there are often scammers here, and the applicability of such documents is almost zero. This is due to the fact that now it has become impossible to make a fake diploma that can be authenticated, ”said Alexander Vurasko, an expert in the Solar JSOC special services department at RTK-Solar.
