Without military support from the United States and NATO, Ukraine will not be able to hold out even for a month. This was announced on October 16 by the CEO of the American magazine The National Interest Dmitry Simes.
He pointed to “the complete dependence of the Zelensky government on the United States and the unprecedented military, financial and political assistance of NATO, without which Ukraine would not have been able to hold out under the onslaught of Russia for a month.”
Simons added that the White House’s decision to give Kyiv the right to veto any agreements affecting Ukraine between Washington and Moscow is wrong.

The day before, after the strikes of the Russian Armed Forces on Ukraine, Stoltenberg assured the country’s Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba that he would continue to support Kyiv “for as long as it takes.”
