The judge of the National Court Francisco de Jorge, who instructs the case in which the former UDEF is investigated to which 20 million euros were involved at his home, has agreed to the provisional prison for the two detainees last Wednesday related to this procedure.
Legal sources consulted by Europa Press indicate that the instructor attributes both an alleged crime of money laundering and one of them also imputes an alleged crime of belonging to criminal organization.
Last Wednesday, it transpired that the National Police practiced these two arrests in Madrid, a week after the arrest of the couple of El Campello (Alicante), which was arrested after surrendering in a police station for their relationship with the fruit company with which the importation of the 13 tons of cocaine found in the port of Algeciras (Cádiz) was managed.
That intervention last November of 13,000 kilos of cocaine by the Police and the Tax Agency was considered the greatest driver of this drug seized in Spain and the second throughout Europe.
The investigation into this criminal network is directed by the Central Court of Instruction number 1 of the National Court, and encompasses several mercantile companies allegedly related to drug trafficking.
These inquiries suggest that this framework dedicated to drug trafficking had the help of Inspector Oscar SG, former UDEF in Madrid and imprisoned after being arrested with his wife, also agent of the National Police. In their home, 20 million euros, as well as about one million in their office at the Superior Police Headquarters in Madrid.
The investigation also indicates to this ex -chief of police in Madrid in Madrid for allegedly collaborating with the network dedicated to drug trafficking, for which it introduced data into police computer systems on containers and companies.
In exchange for money received by the ‘narcos’, with this mechanism the police officer detected if they were subject to other police investigations and could alert the leaders of the criminal group.
